1) When you enter the room, take your seat.
2) Follow directions the first time given.
3) Raise your hand and wait for permission to speak.
4) Keep hands, feet, and all objects to self.
5) No name calling or cursing.
6) Respect all adults and other children.
Consequences:
1) First offense: Name on board. Student receives warning.
2) Second offense: Name on board with one check. Student loses 10 minutes of recess to walk an extra 10 minutes without talking.
3) Third offense: Name on board with two checks.Student loses 15 minutes of recess to walk an extra 15 minutes without talking.
4) Fourth offense: Name on board with three checks.Student loses 15 minutes of recess to walk an extra 15 minutes without talking, note sent to parent.
5) Fifth offense: Name on board with four checks.Student loses 15 minutes of recess to walk an extra 15 minutes without talking, note sent to parent, must visit principal's office for disciplinary action. *Any severe behavior that violates the Code of Conduct: Students will be taken to the principal immediately for disciplinary action and parent will be notified.
